Aloysius Butler & Clark Wins Four Telly Awards

Wilmington, Del., April 25, 2006—Four television commercials created and produced by Aloysius Butler & Clark (AB&C) captured prestigious Telly Awards. The 27th Annual Telly Awards, a highly respected national and international competition that recognizes outstanding television, video and film and creative web work, received more than 12,000 entries from 50 states and several countries.

Three television commercials created and produced for AtlantiCare Health System were honored. “I am AtlantiCare/Arturo Gomez” received a Silver Telly Award, the highest honor. “I am AtlantiCare/Linnea Brown” and the AtlantiCare Center for Childbirth commercials each won a Bronze Telly Award.

Another Bronze Telly Award winner, a television commercial created and produced by AB&C for Delaware’s Division of Public Health, “Killer in your Basement,” warned people of the dangers of radon and urged the public to test for the silent gas.

Each entry is judged on its own merits, rather than competing with other submissions. The judges, a group of highly qualified advertising, production and other creative professionals who have previously won a Silver Telly Award, rate each entry on a 10-point scale. Entries with a score of 9.0 or higher are awarded a Silver Telly.
