The Buccini/Pollin Group Taps Aloysius Butler & Clark

AB&C has been selected by The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. to create advertising campaigns for many of its vast inventory of developed and acquired hotel, office, multi-family, townhouse, industrial, retail and parking properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern regions of the United States. Formed in 1993, BPG has developed and acquired more than six million square feet of office, industrial and retail space, more than 2,200 hotel rooms among fourteen hotels, five major residential communities and numerous structured parking projects. The principals of BPG, along with BPG Real Estate Partners, LLC (real estate investment funds), PM Hospitality Strategies, Inc. (hotel operating company), BPGS Construction, LLC (construction management) and BPG Real Estate Services, LLC (office and industrial property management and leasing), oversee all aspects of project financing, construction, leasing, operations and disposition of its portfolio properties.
