Formerly a communications representative at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware (BCBSDE), Stacey brings a wealth of health care industry experience to the agency. She developed both patient and provider communications to promote health management and quality improvement programs, in addition to managing various corporate communications projects at BCBSDE.

Haddock is a 2000 cum laude graduate of American University, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in communications, legal institutions, economics and government (C.L.E.G.) She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business education at the University of Delaware.
